Plan 9 From Outer Space (In Color & Restored)

Plot Summary

Ed Wood's cult classic has been hailed as the worst film of all time, but it's one of the most hilariously entertaining movies you'll ever see. Aliens from outer space reanimate the Earth's dead in an attempt to save the human race. With string-powered flying saucers, laughable dialogue, shrewd alien logic and “priceless” special effects, they can't go wrong. Or can they? (Hint: They do.) Plan 9 is a movie so beautifully bad, it's great. Now you can watch it in color for the first time!

Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: J. Hoberman of the Village Voice has made a case for Wood as an unconscious avant-gardist; there's no denying that his blunders are unusually creative and oddly expressive. – Dave Kehr, Chicago Reader, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: It all ends with famous psychic Criswell asking the audience, 'Can you prove it didn't happen? God help us in the future'. Prophetic. – Derek Adams, Time Out, Aug 17, 2007

Best Version of Plan 9 Ever!

Wow they did a good job on this. The restoration is fantastic, and the color is beautiful and vibrant. Ed Wood would be proud!

Plan B 👽

Probably the worst movie I have ever seen and I have seen some beauts. However, it is so badly done I stayed with to see if it has any redeeming qualities. Very few. It was sad to see Bela Lugosi at the bottom of his career taking any acting jobs he could to survive. No one has ever done Dracula like Mr. Lugosi. The two stars are for him.
