Hilarious, smart comedy -- totally worth your time!!

"Punching The Clown" is a gem of a movie. What a wonderful surprise to discover this sharp, funny film! Great performances across the board & hilarious songs by the talented Henry Phillips. Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an original, entertaining independent film!

Comedies? eh.

Very few comedies actually make me laugh. This one is one of those rare exceptions. The very first scene will have you rolling on the floor, and it gets better as the other scenes unfold. This is sort of a conspiracy type story in that the main character's reputation is in jeopardy through rumor and innuendo. The way the conspiracy unfolds is hilarious. It is also a very apt commentary on the shallowness of the Hollywood elite culture. After renting it I decided to purchase it at the very reasonable price of $4.99. Well worth it.

Henry Phillips rocks!

I rented this movie based soley on the title and could not have been more pleasantly suprised. I love discovering little gems like this and Henry Phillips is truely an undiscovered comedy genius. His dry wit and songs are hilarious. The guy who plays his brother is also pretty funny. Love it.
