Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: Quarantine, yet another pseudo-documentary horror movie, delivers the heebie-jeebies with solid acting and perfectly calibrated shocks. – Jeannette Catsoulis, New York Times, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: I have seen many execrable films -- Plan 9 From Outer Space, Disaster Movie, Batman & Robin -- but never has a movie made me so physically ill. – Michael Hardy, Boston Globe, Nov 24, 2011

Rotten: Quarantine fails to correct some of the problems evident in its predecessor while also incorporating a few defects of its own. – James Berardinelli, ReelViews, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: Give Quarantine credit: Without resorting to computer-generated monsters or supernatural explanations, it uses consistent logic and confinement to find new ways of being scary. – Liam Lacey, Globe and Mail, Jun 24, 2010

GREAT MOVIE!

I'm one of those people who aren't easily scared by horror films, but let me tell you... this movie scared the crap out of me. The camera style makes it seem more real than Cloverfield and the cause of the virus is something that is feared by the world right now. I thought they did a great job, and about Jennifer Carpenter being annoying with all of her screaming... Let me say you would probably scream your head off too if you were being chased by zombies, i though it made the movie more real with her flipping out. Bottom line, see the movie and hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

Quarantine

This movie is one the most suspenceful horror movie ive ever seen. The beginning is a little slow but once the first attack happens, its nonstop. At times it is a little creepy but not scary. Another thing is that this movie has zombies but they are a lot more realistic. The infection and the story could somewhat be real. Anyway, good thriller!

SO SO SCARY!

O wow i saw this movie in theaters and i was jumping constantly. by the end of the movie i was shaking! it was sooooo scary i almost died. this went straight to #1 on my scariest movies list! 1. Quarantine 2. The Descent 3. Black Christmas
