Plot Summary
RED DOG is a heartwarming tale based on the legendary story of the dog who unified a local mining town as a communal pet. After his master, John (Josh Lucas), goes missing, Red Dog roams the Australian outback in search of him, all the while bringing joy to the community that has adopted him.

Fantastic.
I was hesitant going in, but after five minutes, I was hooked. The story, writing, and characters made this an absolutely delightful surprise. Check it out.
Red Dog
As a long time fan of the book, I loved this movie. Daniel Taplitz wrote a great script for this true story of a remarkable canine and Koko the dog was outstanding. Funny, touching… just a wonderful movie.
