Plot Summary

Documentary filmmaker Whit Scott returns to his hometown to track down the secret club of high school kids who TP houses that he was a part of in the late nineties. They reunite for the first time since they all graduated in order to tell the story of the group, how they got into it, and what they did for the four years they were in it. Whit is able to track down Haynes, the kid who started it all with his three friends, in 1979. Haynes goes on to explain how it all got started and how the storage unit ("The Bin") that has been handed down through the generations is still a part of the group.
