Plot Summary
On August 15th 1944, an invasion in Provence, France was organized by the Americans to support and protect the allied troops marching to Berlin who had already landed in Normandy on June 6, 1944. After jumping over Provence during the night, three paratroopers who have to regroup with their fellow soldiers in the village of Les Arcs, help the local resistance to free some of their members and organize the ambush of a German armor unit.

This story is not a Mormon remake of Saving Private Ryan.. Like the first "Saints and Soldiers," "Airborne Creed" was filmed entirely in Utah on a shoestring budget — and enlists World War II re-enactors, who showed up with uniforms, vehicles and plenty of enthusiasm. They said, 'Can I come? Can I get blown up?' The movie was inspired in part by true-life exploits of the 517th Airborne. The rest — primarily the tense scene between Allred and Hoppe — was adapted from a 1999 short film “Little and Hoppe”
