Plot Summary
Two lives cross in an isolated Bolivian village on the edge of the vast Uyuni salt flats: Marc, a jaded American doctor looking to leave, and Carlos, a fiery Bolivian salt miner who's just been stabbed in the hand.

Truly beautiful film. Compelling, fast-paced, with an unforgettable main character and gorgeous visuals. It thrusts you straight into a world very few people have seen - the salt flats of rural Bolivia - and yet the characters and situations are so utterly human that you feel it could have taken place next door. It's rare to see a short film with this much power and grace.
