Intelligent, but Creepy!
I absolutely love this film! It's very creepy with some gore and if you're not paying attention, the ending will confuse the heck outta you. I know some people don't like watching movies they have to read into (not a bad thing, sometimes you just want a good scare and that's it), but if you really want to understand the story - what exactly the Sauna is and how the characters' lives and choices influence the outcome - you need to pay attention. Personally, I think multiple views are needed to catch everything, but that could just be because I'm not Finnish and didn't quite understand what the "sauna" represented (culturally speaking).
