Customer Reviews
Well, it sure was something.
I'd been looking forward to Scream Park's release for a while, and wasn't able to watch it until the other day when it was released on iTunes due to it never being in stock at the store and my lack of being able to order things online. I'm a big fan of both Doug Bradley and Ogre, so I was pretty hyped up for this. I was disappointed in the lack of blood in the first 30 minutes or so, and I felt like it was a bit of a drag. It was made up for once the killing began, but it was more campy fun than intense murder. Still entertaining and I enjoyed it. Even though some of the acting was...not top-notch and the characters were a bit bland, I feel as if it sort of adds to the whole "low-budget 80s horror feel", including every stereotype from the virgin to the goth to the geek and etc. I did like the Easter eggs spread throughout.
Overall, it wasn't as terrible as people say. Go for it if you're feeling low-budget horror. It's fun.
