Plot Summary
The reality of poverty and war hangs over the boys of a popular neighborhood of Bogota. Ronald, 20 years old, with his bicycle runs through the dusty streets of the barrio EL PARAISO, advertising with megaphone and voice. Paradise is surronded by misery but with a beautiful view of the city. In love with a young lady, Ronald will live a love story that will be truncated when a lieutenant and a sergeant ambitious unscrupulous with her lover mounted a factory of casualties in combat to achieve promotions e rewards.
