Plot Summary
In Skills Like This, Max Solomon has faced the awful truth that he will never be a writer. But that doesn't mean all his creative energy has to go to waste. In this inventive comedy, three friends have their lives turned upside down when one of them realizes that larceny might be his best skill.

Great Denver-made indy
The script is great and the main actors are hilarious. A nice, truly independent film with deep local roots where it was shot. A little better direction and it would've really lived up to its potential.
Wow
I really should have bought this. Really intriguing characters, and a funny, crazy plot. The main character has a really intense look about him.. Buy or rent, but this is a must see.
Helluva an indie!
You'll probably dig this movie as much as I did when I saw it at a screening a few years ago.
Clever, kinetic and very very cool with stand-out performances. Skills' biggest drawback is the lack of name talent that would have attracted a bigger audience, but the film-making is first-rate, and if you're the kind of person who's seeking something new or are intrigued rather than turned off by an unknown cast, then you'll really enjoy this.
It moves.
