Customer Reviews

So terrible, it’s not funny.

I normally enjoy watching low-budget, independent Sci-Fi and horror films. Generally, what they lack in acting quality, in special effects, and in character development, they make up for in gusto, in story, or in goofy, accidental comedy. Although the special effects in this “movie” are passable, whoever stringed together the scenes made the story incomprehensible. The director/editor (or whoever) jumps from scene to scene, and seemingly doesn’t even bother to help you make sense of anything that’s happening. It’s unintelligible storyline along with its un-laughable acting make this flick a waste of time and money even to those who enjoy terrible-movie drinking games.

Starship Rising

Not even good enough to be called cheesy or campy. What little plot there is, is disjointed, impossible to follow. NO character background or development. The main character takes scenes from Star Wars, Dune, and other decent movies and destroys them. I cannot convey my disappointment at the pre-Star Wars effects. This movie is definitely not even a 'B' movie. it might be an 'F' but that may still be too high a rating

Starship Rising? Sunk!

A waste of time/money.
