Plot Summary
A schizophrenic sadist by the name of Captain Howdy lures teens through the internet into his painful traps. A detective starts pursuing him after he captures his daughter. Eventually they catch up with him and send him to a mental hospital. But upon his release, the townspeople attack the now peaceful Captain Howdy. Howdy goes crazy again and takes revenege to the next level. Can the detective stop him?

GREAT MOVIE! Even for Rock star Dee Sniders (Twisted Sister) first attempt at acting and movie making, its a damned good flick. I highly recommend this film.
It's all in your head.
This movie is less about the torture aspect than the torture flicks of today (hence why a Saw fan would be disappointed) and more about the psychological aspect of a troubled mind and how that troubled mind expresses itself and, in turn, how society is both affected by and affects this mind.
In other words, it's not scary because of the blood and guts, it's scary because it shows people at their worst.

Pretty cool movie, way before hostel. and this movie has torture!!
