Plot Summary
Stupidity sets out to determine whether our culture is hooked on deliberate ignorance as a strategy for success. From Jackass to George W. Bush, from TV programming to the IQ test and the origins of the word moron, Stupidity examines the "dumbing down" of contemporary culture. Stupidity embarks on an exhaustive search into its meaning, and the implications of a culture that is obessed and saturated with stupefying culture. Stupidity careens at warp speed through sound bites on topics from television news and reality shows, to internet sites and popular films. Featuring opinions and comments from some of today's most recognizable figures, cultural critics, authors and academics, Stupidity reveals that, despite our culture's extensive access to knowledge and information, human beings continue to choose stupidity.

Pseudointellectualism
It starts off as an inquiry into what defines stupidity and ends with a discourse on the stupidity of George Bush. This is the kind of movie that makes a liberal feel both smart and vindicated for his or her views-- which is, kind of stupid.
Uninteresting
This documentry is really awful. Not because the views offend me, because they don't. It is just not very well made. It is set up like so many cheap-to-make documentries are. It juxatopses academics sitting in front of bookshelves who say "actually" before everything they say with clips of old movies and crappy footage they shot themselves. Narrated by a deep male voice. Not particularly informative and reached no profound conclusion. Don't spend $10, you can watch it free on Google video if you are still curious.
'Stupidity' is STUPID
What's starts off with a promising premise ends up being a leftist "Bush is Stupid, Bush is Stupid" rant. No matter what your political bent is - this movie is a waste of time, a waste of money and just plain 'stupid'.
