Plot Summary
The Table is a network support group of aspiring and accomplished show business professionals who have been meeting every Thursday for nearly 20 years to discuss their strategies on breaking into the exclusive club known as Hollywood. In 2010, indie filmmaker Ana Barredo was invited to attend a Table meeting. Captivated just after the first meeting, she decided to pick up her camera and follow the group for one year. Through the documentary, you'll get to know some of the most passionate people you will ever meet, including its founder Marc Zicree (author, "The Twilight Zone Companion"). Zicree is examined as the central character who has helped facilitate people's dreams and is using this year to focus on one of his own. As The Table continues to build the careers of others, will Zicree find the personal success he is looking for?

I watch the screening of the table in LA. It is a great documentary that shows the other side of showbiz. Heart warming! Has a great lesson to learn in life. Two thumbs up to its director Ms. Ana Barredo for a job well done!
