Plot Summary
The Tokyo Police Corporation is locked in a bloody war with the "engineers." These genetically modified super-criminals can bio-fuse their open wounds with weapons, turning self-mutilation into a combat form. Ruka, the daughter of the police chief's murdered right-hand man, must stop them.

darn you iTunes!
I just bought this without realizing it's dubbed. iTunes needs to do a better job of letting people know this sort of thing as a ton of people would rather read subtitles than listen to horrible over-dubbing.
gore gore and more gore
This movie rocked. It's one of the sickest movies i have ever seen. If you love tokyo shock movies then u will not be disappointed.
Wow, gore on a whole new level!
This movie is simply out of hand fun. If you're into Asian gore flicks, don't miss this. It's non stop, semi offensive and filled with blood, gore and various mutated body parts throughout. Not for the feint of heart. You've been warned.
