He talked the entire time and I found him very annoying.
Great Workout!
I’m actually new to kettlebell. I’m a certified GSTC and Sports Medicine TRX Trainer and I know for a fact that kettlebell can cause injury without a proper trainer to guide you, most especially if you’re a beginner. This guy explains the workout really well and is safety conscious which is the most important thing. I used it myself and have recommended it to friends. This is worth your money if you are saving on getting your own personal trainer. I do advise you to start with light weights. I bought this and I do think it’s worth every penny spent.
