Plot Summary
Based on the best-selling novel by Richelle Mead, VAMPIRE ACADEMY tells the story of two 17-year-old girls, Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch), a rebellious half-vampire/half-human who is training to be a guardian at St. Vladimir’s Academy and her best friend, Princess Lissa Dragomir (Lucy Fry), a peaceful, mortal vampire. After ditching school and being on the run for a year, Rose and Lissa are caught and brought back to the Academy. Lissa struggles to reclaim her social status while Rose risks everything in an attempt to protect her best friend from the immortal, evil vampires that lurk just outside the walls of their school.

Rotten: [Mr. Waters] doesn't seem especially interested in the supernatural parts of "Vampire Academy," and he clearly didn't have the budget to make what little hocus-pocus there is magical.
Rotten: One idea, mixed with lame jokes, and stretched beyond coherence. Vampire Academy doesn't need a review. It needs a stake in the heart.
Rotten: Not only plays like the crassest possible mashup of "Harry Potter" and "Twilight" elements, but seems designed to make those franchises look like eternal monuments of world culture by comparison.

AMAZING!!!
This movie is truly amazing!!! It stays true to the book and the cast is crazy awesome! Zoey as Rose, Danila as Dimitri, and Dom as Christian are perfection!!! Everyone should go watch it!!!

I will always watch this over and over again one of the best books I've read!!!!
Better then I thought
It was actually very good. I've read the books and not what I pictured but I still would love to see the next movie
