Snubbed by the Academy, a shame. If you have children and don't watch this film, a crime.
Ironic Reviews
I find it ironic the number of grammatical errors being made by people commenting on a movie about the failing education system in America. The two most recent examples include: "countries" vs. "country's" and "crappier" vs. some other more appropriately suited phrase.
Public education IS the problem
Education is too important to leave in government hands. The government should allow taxpayers to keep the money "stolen" from them for public education so that they can afford to send their children to private school.
If you want an inefficient and sluggish implementation of something, let the government do it. When the person spending the money has no personally risk in the outcome, their motivation to spend it efficiently is greatly reduced.
