Shockingly good

Didn't expect to like this one-- really funny tho... Van Damme is hilarious and the supporting cast is legit. Brody carried it well, Huebel is perfect as the bad guy, kristen schaal is always awesome and the chick from the blacklist is super cute..I will be buying this one for sure. Really nice surprise

Pass on this One

Great characters and good plot potential, but they couldn’t pull it off.

Better than I expected

The plot, such as it is, is formulaic; but the film is elevated via a generous sprinkling of self-aware humor and quirky interpretations of what could have been simple stereotypes. Jean-Claude Van Damme steals the show in a role that parodies, tongue firmly in cheek, nearly every other role he’s ever explored in cinema. The combination is a lot more entertaining than it has any right to be.
