Plot Summary
When pop legend Frankie Lymon died, he left behind a string of hit records ... and a string of ex-wives. The three women claiming to be his wife go to court to settle their bitter dispute over Lymon's financial and musical legacy, revealing their tumultuous lives with the complex Lymon. All-star cast includes Larenz Tate ("Love Jones," "Dead Presidents"), Halle Berry ("Bulworth," "Executive Decision"), Vivica Fox ("Soul Food," "Independence Day"), Lela Rochon ("Waiting to Exhale," "The Big Hit"), Paul Mazursky ("Love Affair," "Carlito's Way") and Alexis Cruz ("Stargate"). With rock'n'roller Little Richard and a pulsating soundtrack of classic Lymon songs. USA Today gives it three stars.

This movie was not very good at all! The actors are good at acting it out but would not like to see it again.
This movie is SO Funny! Go Watch This!!!!!
Its sad this movie is so underrated but it really is worth seeing. I'm 18 years old and honestly I hadn't even heard of "Frankie Lymon" before i watched this movie, but its funny i instantly knew the song when it was played. This movie is a mixture of all things so personally i wouldn't call it just a "drama" per se as it has alot of comical moments. I found myself LOL so many times. Its a good story and its a true story so that makes it even better in my opinion. And look at the cast, that should tell you enough! You know its funny the best "black" movies were all during the 90's. Anyway... WATCH THIS MOVIE, you won't regret it!
Why do fools fall in love
EXCELLENT MOVIE!!. I love frankie lymon and love watching Lorenzo play him. Very interesting story.
