Plot Summary
This new unrated chapter of Wrong Turn takes you to the most terrifying place of all -- The Bloody Beginnings! An isolated sanatorium deep in the West Virginia wilderness is deserted after an inbred family of hillbilly cannibals escape and take revenge on their captors. Decades later, a group of college students seek refuge in the now-abandoned hospital after a blizzard derails their plans for a weekend winter break. But when the students encounter the medical ward’s most frightening former patients, their only choice is to fight back...or die trying!

Rotten: O'Brien delivers everything that franchise fans who have stayed the distance could want: utterly gratuitous nudity, grunting mountain men, gore by the bucketload, and local cooking tips... The characters are interchangeable, and all for the pot.

Horrible acting
I loved all of the wrong turn movies, so I was excited to watch this one right when it came out. But, this movie was a huge dissapointment. The storyline was ok, but I could not get over how bad the acting was. At times is was hard to watch. Also none of the characters were even likable. I was dissapointed and I really wanted to like this movie.
No where near as good as other 3
I like an occasional slasher so I liked the first 3 pretty well. Unfortunately, this prequel deviates from its counterparts through these ways:
1) Ludicrous predictability
2) Terrible (and I mean terrible) acting
3) Asinine characters. (No spoilers, but I will say the characters are unrealistically stupid, even given the understanding that it's a movie)
Wouldn't recommend buying or renting, except if you just want to say you've seen all 4.

The yet of the sequel...has funny parts...gory parts and parts that make you jump out of your skin!
