Plot Summary
Comedy superstar Adam Sandler is back - and funnier than ever - as The Zohan, the finest counterterrorist agent the Israeli army has. That is, until he fakes his death and travels to Manhattan to live his dream...as a hairdresser. Now this skilled fighting machine who used to clip bad guys is out to prove he can make the cut as a top stylist. All goes silky smooth until his cover is blown when he's recognized by a Palestinian cab driver (Rob Schneider). Now, The Zohan must fight to live a peaceful new life in New York in this razor-sharp action-packed comedy from Adam Sandler, Robert Smigel, Judd Apatow and Dennis Dugan.

Rotten: This moviegoer has no trouble with lowbrow comedy. The problem with Zohan, however, is that it's like a kid who tells you a silly joke, gets a laugh, and immediately tells the same joke again.
Rotten: The ideas and some of the individual bits in Zohan work, but the crudeness of the execution undermines the results.
Rotten: It's a difficult feat to manage irony without antecedent, so rather than opt for knowing caricature -- like, say, Adam Goldberg's The Hebrew Hammer -- Zohan mostly opts for empty farce: topical humor for people unfamiliar with the topic.
Fresh: Zohan is both exponentially stranger than Larry and about twice as amusing.

Haha Loved it!!!
This movie was the funniest movie of the summer. The story wasn't blown out of proportion too much, the jokes (even though some were racial) were super funny, and sandler was just amazing. I thought the sexual aspect of the movie just added to the jokes even more. Super funny, great buy.
Awesome movie
If you like any other Sandler movie, you will like this one.
