Plot Summary

The Turners are a family in crisis, hoping that moving into a new neighborhood will give them the fresh start they so desperately need. They end up purchasing a foreclosed home to save some money, but the previous occupant, Forest Hayes, refuses to leave – until the authorities kick him out. But he comes back, causing “accidents,” hopeful that the mounting frustration will force the Turners out. When that fails, Forest starts stalking their teenage daughter. But the Turners are finally determined to stick up for each other, and don’t back down. Desperate, Forest kidnaps mother and daughter. Now the Turners must figure out how to get out of their own property alive, or face losing a lot more than just their new home.
