I have been in love with Meredith's writing since I first got my hands on the Hacker series. This my friends, is not the Hacker series, be prepared.
On My Knees had me sucked in from the first chapter. The way that Meredith describes the characters and the feelings they are going through is so captivating. It pulls you right in.
Maya and Cam's relationship is so beautiful. But at times I was hanging on the edge of my seat anticipating what was going to come next. I really honestly don't know how to put into words how good this book was!
I laughed, cried, was frustrated as hell, I felt like I was on a rollercoaster ride. But one that I will ride over and over.
I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to read a phenomenal story. Oh and if you have had the pleasure of reading the Hacker series, you know that Meredith can really write a hot sex scene, this book has some seriously HOT SCENES!!!!

From the moment I started reading I felt as though I was walking in Maya's shoes. I felt every raw emotion and the need to be her own person, while slowly heading down a dead end road. I cried, was angry and ultimately fell in love with Cam and Maya. Stories like theirs gives me hope that even though things break, they can always be fixed with love and dedication. Meredith has really captured the healing and ultimate birth of a love that was meant to be. Thank you Meredith!

I believe Meredith has done it again! In her Hacker series she gave us the dominant Blake but in this new book we get Cam who is just so hot!! I want him all for myself! Cam was easy to fall in love with his soul baring love for Maya. I agree that the first part of the book Maya had the right to make him work for her but i was soon ready for her to put poor Cam out of his misery. the chemistry between Cam and maya was just so intense I didn't want to put my phone away and ended up sneaking in a few chapters at work and ended up finishing it just a few hours of getting home. I love love love this author and I love love love her books. I recommend to anyone and everyone!

I can't even express how much I loved this story! That being said, this was definitely not a beach read. This was a turn off the phone, lock the doors, climb inside and don't come out until you've finished the journey kind of story. It could be heavy at times, and heartbreaking, but was so real and so honest I couldn't put it down! I love that we finally have a sexy hero who is an everyman...while the billionaire playboys are fun to read, I really believed that I could go out and walk down the street and meet Cam! He was a man, not a mogul.
Throughout most of the book, I wanted to slap some sense into Maya, but even at her worst she was plucky and funny and sweet. Their chemistry leaped off the page, and while it was not an over the top romance, it was something that was sensual and beautiful and so real sometimes I couldn't help but cry. Anyone who has struggled with demons like Maya will feel her pain, and her battle with alcohol rang true on so many levels.
I love Cam and Maya, and can't wait to revisit them in later installments of The Bridge series!

This is the first book I've read from this author and I loved it! Cam and Maya were totally believable characters. Having first fallen love in college, circumstances tore them apart. Five years later they meet again. Maya is afraid of getting hurt again..but I'm not going to ruin the book for you. If you love a HEA this is a book you'll want to read. Awaiting the next book in the series...I'm hooked!
