Nora Roberts produces a large amount of books. I enjoy her books because they are not overly complicated and easy to follow. She also will develop the main characters in a series of books. This collection features three women and other characters in a three book set - Dance Upon the Air, Heaven and Earth, and Face the Fire. The 3 women are brought together by a common bond, as they go up against an evil enemy. This collection is abridged and very enjoyable. Fantastic for a long journey and equally while running errands locally. If you have to stop the CD frequently, that's not a problem as the thread is easy to pick up. I hope this review helps you.

This is one of my absolute favorite series of Nora Roberts. I have read this at least once a year for I think ten years now. They were my first purchase within 24 hours of receiving my Kindle. I am very happy to see Mrs. Roberts' books being offered as a set for the Kindle now, since if I am going to read one, I am probably going to read the whole set.
Back to this series, this book combines a little witchy magic, a little imagination, and of course wraps it up with romance to make it perfect. Nell Channing a little scared, unsure mouse arrives on an island created by three sisters many years ago. Not knowing she was final piece of the puzzle she starts her life as a chef in a charming bookstore with a café inside. I can actually picture myself sitting at a table with my new book, waiting on Nell to bring me a yummy sandwich.
As usual in these books, you can tell who she is going to fall for quickly, and you enjoy watching these two figure out they are in love. And what I love about more than one book is I get to meet the other characters, and we become friends, then when the first book ends, I can happily start the next and see them again. The second book is when the Sherriff's sister Ripley gets to meet her mate, a geeky good-looking scientist studying the paranormal. The third book is the culmination of the legend and the final part of the love story when the most self declared bachelorette on the Island meets her old flame from high school.
The how and the details are what keep me coming back for more. Like a comfy chair, I love to curl up with these books over and over.

I swear you can not go wrong with a Nora Roberts book. Three Sisters Island is one of my favorites. You will enjoy this collection from beginning to end. I 100% recommend This trilogy.

this trilogy is my all time personal favorite of all ms roberts trilogies..i loved the way she blended the three women yet each had unique personalities..she wove them and spun gold..very enchanting.

I purchased these three novels separately, but read them in sequence. I wasn't expecting to like them as much as I did, as I thought I would find the witch aspect a little silly or offensive, but it was done in good taste. I enjoyed the love stories, as well as the suspense. The characters were likeable. Nell made me want to protect her, and had me staying up late to see what happened to her. Ripley and Mac were just enjoyable characters - an unlikely but cute match. Mia and Sam were the typical star crossed lovers but their problems did get a little tedious at times. Perhaps this was just because it was the third book in a row about the same characters.

I'm a huge Nora Roberts fan to start with, and these books are just fabulous. I think the price here is too high, but for the quality of her work, I'm not sure I can balk. These books have all the elements that we've grown to love about Nora Roberts's writing. They have the mystic aspect, and all the sweet romance that everyone waits for. These are a must read for romance lovers everywhere!

When I purchased my Kindle, this series was one of the first I bought. Nora Roberts is a wonderful writer. These three books take you through the finding of love for three couples, even if they have to deal with magic along the way. There are lots of bumps as finding "true" love is never an easy thing. It comes with battles of emotions and hurt. But as Good vs. Evil, good and love come out on top. A great series.
