She obtained a Bachelors of Arts with Focus in Psychology from DePaul University and Masters of Applied Professional Studies with focus in Business Administration from the like institution. Working in Hospital Administration for the majority of her career, Watkins has also been an author of fiction literature since the young age of nine. Eventually she used writing as an outlet during her freshmen year of high school as a single parent: “In the third grade I entered a short story contest with a fiction tale of an apple tree that refused to grow despite the efforts of the darling main character. My writing evolved from apple trees to my seventh and eighth grade classmates paying me to read novels I wrote about kids our age living the lives our parents wouldn’t dare let us”. At the age of twenty-eight, Watkins’ chronicles have matured into steamy, humorous, and realistic tales of women’s fiction. She hopes that the Epitome of Femistry series will successfully emulate ideal femininity while tackling stereotypes, familiar heartache, and relatable distress in a humorous and sophisticated fashion. This was a good book that I finished in one day. Disappointed that it was 9.99 but maybe I have become spoiled to the usual low Kindle prices of .99-$3.99. I like how the author recapped everything that happened in part 2 in the beginning of part 3 so the story picked up exactly where it left off. I didn't enjoy this installment as much as the others but it was still somewhat entertaining. Parts of the story seemed rushed and missing details and I wish it was Omari that gave Simone what she deserved instead of Jimmy. I would have enjoyed more details of Simone's torture before murder (because she deserved every ounce of pain) and I can see where things with Eboni and Omari are going to lead: predictable (and triflin by the way). Some things were a little unbelievable such as Simone fleeing to another state and almost miraculously meeting a very rich man that wanted to marry her in two months. Again predicatable. However, I am more interested in Gia and Chance now. I have really come to enjoy them as main characters and believe what they have is real love. I'm really hoping this series continues to focus on them and their new journey together. All in all a good book, a very good series, and I will be buying part 4... so please hurry Ms. Watkins!

OMG, SECRETS OF A SIDE BITCH 3 was SOOOOOO GOOD. It PICKED UP where pt.2 ENDED, and was JUST as GOOD as the PREVIOUS 2 in THIS SERIES. I READ THIS PAGE-TURNER in 1 SITTING, COULDN'T PUT it DOWN. The SAGA CONTINUED with ALL the SECRETS, and REVELATIONS. ALTHOUGH it ALL STARTED with OMARI'S INFIDELITIES, My HEART WENT OUT to HIM. HE ENDURED SO MUCH. SIMONE was SICK, TWISTED, and TOTALLY OBSESSED. KARMA was the BIGGEST B**CH. This BOOK is TRULY a MUST READ.

Ok I was offered a free copy of this book, but decided that I couldn't wait I had to have it. I have read the other books in this series and I must say that this one was no disappointment either. Page after page of twist and turns that had me on edge the entire time, the more I read the more I wanted to read. I love the characters and am glad that those who need to get what's coming to them get what's coming to them. Jessica you've got a winner with this series, keep doing what you're doing because it working. I suggest that if you want an excellent read that you get this book as well as the others in this series.

I was so happy that Simone finally got what she deserves. Unfortunately she was never going to change or feel any remorse for the stunts she pulled and people she killed for a man that didn't love her the same way that he love Ayeshia even in death. As bad as I would like to know how Omari is dealing with everything now that it's out in the open, I was happy to see an end. I wasn't happy about paying $9.99 for an ebook but I enjoyed all 3 parts.

The book was a great third installment to the series. I loved how the book still kept me captivated. However, I am not a fan of books that have a never ending storyline and this seems to be the case with this book. I will read part 4 but if there is even the slightest hint of a part 5, I will not purchase. Nevertheless, this is still a good book.

I sincerely do miss the days when you could buy one book and read it from beginning to end for about 12.00 instead of paying thirty bucks to complete one story. With that being said, this series was so engrossing that I did it and the final chapter did wrap up the story nicely. I will say that from now on I will be checking to see if a book is a series before I purchase it from now on. Noire got me first with her books (which was worse because you had to track down and buy about seven tiny booklets) and I got sucked in again. If I can re-sell these for the price that I bought them- it will have been well worth it. Jessica N.Watkins is an amazing author.
