As a British resident and sports fan, I have always found the world of College Football to be an unexplainable enigma. There are zero entities that are comparable in the United Kingdom. Despite this, the author's captivating journey into an unknown land distinctly sheds a remarkable, fascinating and comical light on this unfamiliar territory and culture. With a balanced mixture of genuine laugh out loud anecdotes, personal reflection and insightful content, you will find yourself roaring with hysterics and soaking up valuable pub ammunition to discuss with your friends down the pub.

Great read! I loved this book, a heart-warming story about finding your way through alien situations and coming up better for it at the other end.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Josh Perry's book. I found it laugh out loud funny but also a poignant and reflective journey as a cultural stranger learns the traditions and unique history of Texas A&M. It's a great book about Josh discovering his identity in a funny, insightful way. I'm not an Aggie, nor am I much of a fan of college football, but as an outsider I found it extremely interesting to delve into those worlds through Josh's eyes. I think if you are an Aggie or a college football fan, this book will give a fresh perspective on your beloved team/sport, and it'll make you laugh in the process. Which, at the end of the day, is exactly what sports comedy writing is supposed to do.

I love reading about Josh's experiences here in Aggieland. As a lifelong Aggie, it's easy to take for granted what makes the Aggie family so special. This cheeky yet heart-warming first-person account is a must-read for those Aggies, like myself, that could stand to have a fresh perspective on what makes the Texas A&M lifestyle worth living.
