I love Jasinda Wilder's writing. She made me fall in love. She ripped out my heart. She made me grieve. But then she made me move on. Not forget, but just move forward. And find a way to be happy again. I truly felt like I went through the journey with the heroine. It'll rip out your heart, but it'll also allow you to heal and leave you in a happy place." ~Aestas Book Blog Reviews
"One of the most beautifully written books I have ever read. Falling Into You topped the charts for me. You're signing up to have a nice long ugly cry. "~Lisa's Review (Book Bitches Blog)

"I wasn't always in love with Colton Calloway; I was in love with his younger brother, Kyle, first."
Um, wow! I am a bit speechless right now. I did not read the blurb for this book. Jasinda asked Kim and I to read and review, the cover looked awesome so I said ok and just dived right in. Glad I had no clue what the book was about because at about 26% Jasinda rocked my world and handed me my shredded heart on a silver platter. If I had known what I knew at that point beforehand I don't think I would have had the same reaction or connection to Kyle. I loved that I was so clueless. I loved that my heart dived to my stomach and my eyes filled with big fat tears that just kept right on pouring through half the book and then some. Falling into You was filled with a roller coaster of emotions, including angst, love, fear, pain, guilt, and a glimmer of hope.
I adored Nell and Kyle together. I loved that they had been best friends since they were wee tots. Their love was strong and it was a true love, well as true as it could be at 16-18 years old. I found myself smiling over the romantic things Kyle said and did. I was completely and utterly invested in them. Then out of nowhere, Nell's world turned upside down and fell out from beneath her and so did mine. I hurt with her. My heart shattered into pieces for her and Kyle. I felt as broken as Nell did. I wondered how the author was going to pull off her healing, how she would help her move forward past the grief, the pain, the guilt, the loneliness.
"It wasn't a tear. I wouldn't cry. Couldn't. To let it go would be to open my soul. It would never stop. I would break...just shatter. The liquid on my cheek was blood, surging out from my ripped and tattered heart."
Run, don't walk, your little fingers over to the buy button to get this book. Falling Into You destroyed my emotions on every possible level. It's no secret that there is death and love in this book, but the depths Jasinda takes us into the lives of the characters is overwhelming. Over and over, her words of struggle and of love and of friendship and of loss wrapped around my heart, forcing me to fall into the story. Books like The Sea of Tranquility, Hopeless, and The Edge of Never have taken me over the edge of emotion like Falling Into You, and like those Falling Into You will stick with me for a very long time. HIGHLY recommended.

Don't get me wrong: the book is good but it had the potential to be just perfect.
The first part is just perfect... I would not change a thing. It's said but so very beautiful.
*** Spoilers ahead ***
The second was good, but had some "holes' in the plot: - How could Nell not know more about Colton? He left when she and Kyle were 11-12 years old. If they were truly inseparable she would probably see Colton almost everyday when she was a child. - Colton's disability is known for more than 100 years. It's strange that with his parents money, they could not get him diagnosed correctly. - I found hard to believe that his father - a politician worried with image and appearances - would let his oldest son alone in the world at 17 years old. The damage to his image would be just irrecoverable. - The end of the book was also kind of unexpected after all the miscarriage drama.
In spite of these points Falling into you is sweet and powerful. Nell, Kyle and Colton are very easy to like. Also, this book uses music as part of the plot in a very original way. The songs are really part of the story. I recommend it.

I cannot even find the words to express how deeply I fell into this book. It is raw and so full of emotion I can't possibly do it justice, but I will try.
I can't seem to move past this book. I don't think I will. It completely demolished any book I have ever thought to be my favorite. Its raw and wonderful and heart wrenching all at the same time. I in no way expected to be affected as much as I am with this book. I waited to download this book because I wasn't sure I wanted to read it. I can explain how stupid I feel at this moment. In the first 10 pages of this book I was threatening tears. By the second chapter I was a mess. I ignored an entire easter party to continue reading because I was so emotionally raw from the story I couldn't put it down.
I can not even fathom what Nelly was going through, but you can bet I was pulling for her to find some resemblance of peace. She had everything ripped form her and two years later is still not dealing with this loss. Then you have Colton. After everything he has been through you can't but fall for him in the same way. With what happens between them you can't help but feel your heart seize during some of the scenes. You can feel them developing and growing and can't help but turn the page as fast as you can to see whats coming next.
What they go through in their lives and in their relationship could not be harder. They are fighters and survivors that need each other on a primal level to put this past behind them.
This book is wonderfully written. Its easy to read and perfectly paced. Every scene, every line is believable and pulls you on and on. This book tops all my lists. Every single one. This is a book worth spending every penny on. This book needs to be on your list, as in next, at the top. I cannot stress enough how amazing this book is.
