3.75 stars: NAUTI ENCHANTRESS is the second storyline in Lora Leigh's contemporary, adult Nauti Girls erotic romance series-a spinoff from her successful Nauti Boys series. Some background: Six years earlier Dawg Mackay (Nauti Boys) discovered his father had another family who were suffering because of his father's past. Enter-four half sisters and their mother-and Dawg and his cousins have a new family of women to dominate and protect. This is twenty four year old Lyrica Mackay and Marine Graham Brock's story. The Nauti Girls series fast forwards Lora Leigh's NAUTI BOYS series several years with the introduction of Dawg’s extended family.
The storyline follows Graham and Lyrica as they dance around one another-the attraction between our couple is palpable but Graham has been 'threatened' by the Mackay boys if he ever touches a single hair on Lyrica's head. And it is becoming more difficult as Lyrica is Graham's sister's best friend and always at his house, and someone is now taking care to stalk and take down Lyrica. I used to love reading Lora Leigh's books... They would be at the top of my Wish List and constantly moved up so I didn't miss a book. I wasn't into the shape shifting books so much... but the military ops and naughty series definitely had me reaching for my ipad as soon as they were released. I think I even purchased a few hard copies back in the day.
I wish I could say my excitement level for her books has remained.
The passion, intensity and raw hunger of the characters is more of a secondary story line. If you don't know who Dawg is, you will pretty much be lost since most of the book refers to Lyrica as "Dawg's sister" or "Rowdy's counsin".
I didn't feel the heat in the scenes that should have been scalding.
If you are looking for a great, intense, sexy story... stick with the original Nauti series cause the girls are not as Nauti as the boys.
I wish I could say my excitement level for her books has remained.

Lora Leigh was synonymous with great sex scenes, intense emotions and shoddy writing. The editorial gaffes and grammatical errors were legendary, making reading one of her past books painful.
Not so this one.
Well done, fast paced, great emotional angst, well-developed characters, and an on-the-edge-of-your-seat suspense made Nauti Enchantress well done book and a great read.
Lyrics has loved Graham since the moment she met him 5 years earlier. Graham was in lust with her for the same amount of time. Together, they find the reason for living, for going on.
A little bit shmaltzy, a whole lot of sexy, Ms. Leigh is baaa-ack!

This book starts off with a bang, quite literally. It jumps right into the romance with very little to no set up. It is very sexy but confusing. I don’t know the characters, having not read book one of the series.
In chapter three, the characters have filled out some and the plot exists, but there is still no reasoning behind any of it.
The writing is great and easy to read. I just wish I had more story.

From Rowdy and Kelly's story, I've been a Nauti fan. Each book draws me further into the lives of the McKays. Lyrica and Graham' s story is fresh and compelling. I love the continuous stories of the Alpha male that will stop at nothing to protect and love the woman who owns his soul. It's a timeless foundation. lora continues to bring her readers up to date with past leading characters. This book also introduces New characters that I look forward to reading about in years to come.

If you like Lora Leigh then you'll like this book. The men are always dominant. The female always fragile and innocent. There's always a threat about paddling if she dares to run from him again or puts herself in danger. And there's always a threat from some little known source you were barely aware of so you have no chance of figuring out who the bad guy is. There's nothing new here but it's still entertaining.

This is the second installment in the Naughty Girls and the 8th in the McKay saga. You need to read the 6 books in the Naughty Boys Series to understand the rivalry, military ties and the family's connection. This book has mystery, suspense, killing and obnoxious men. Underneath the threats of death, a love takes root and brings out the overprotective nature of male family. Another wonderful book in this series.
