Once again the Oxford University Press have come up with first class atlas that would be a welcome asset to any home the wealth of information that comes with this atlas from 'the new section Future of the Worlds Oceans and Seas ' the breathtaking Images of Earth section' Gazetter of Nations' ' World Geography section'and the ' World Cities Maps both city center and metropolitian areas useful if you are planning a trip' and the first class high quality ' geographical World Maps ' will keep you occupied for hours and this Atlas will give you many years of good service Well done! OUP this atlas would also make a wonderful gift for someone and as as always it will look good on your bookshelf or coffee table.

He loved it so much and regularly talks to my kids ...

Last year purchased the previous addition as a gift for my dad. He loved it so much and regularly talks to my kids about something he learned or notices on phone calls. Bought this years addition so my sons can follow along as he talks about different things. Since we live far apart it's a neat way to see these different generations to connect. One of my sons is frequently pulling it down and taking in all sorts of information. Really accessible for all ages (while huge in size) - highly recommend.
