I was a little skeptical ordering this map since it's so cheap compared to others this size, but it's a very nice map. I'm using it to make my own travel dream board/map and this is large enough to be able to put more than one pin in even a small country like Switzerland. The paper is thin and it would be nice if it was laminated, but it's very detailed, the text is clear and many cities are labeled. The map area itself is 47 1/4 x 29 3/8 since there is a border around the map then extra white space around that to get to the 50x32 size. I would definitely order this again for only $5.95!!

This is a very nice world map. It seems to always be out of stock, but if you order it you will usually see that it ships a week later. The only complaint is that the paper is very thin and it tends to crease as you are hanging the map.

I'm very pleased with this map. It came rolled up, in an Amazon box. It was in perfect condition and I just draped it over my ironing board to let it unfurl all the way. Once it was ready I used painter's tape (my favorite for avoiding holes in my wall) to hang it and it looks great!

This map isn't printed on what I would call "standard poster-quality paper." It is printed on thinnish paper.
Given the price, and the detail on the map, I think it is still a great map, and serves it's purpose well as a guide to the geography of the U.S.
