A book ordered in December is clearly a christmas gift and if you have travel plans, it would be nice to have that option.

Yes, Fergie criticized a lot of people in this book, but he also praised them all a lot for so many things!

Yes, Fergie criticized a lot of people in this book, but he also praised them all a lot for so many things! May be Benitez was the only one he did not say a good thing for.
Not fan of Man Utd, but I enjoyed reading Fergie's point of view.
My advice - read this book from a neutral football fan perspective, don't look to find scandals.

An interesting glimpse of the background workings of a famous club that is Manchester United.

Of course I applaud SAF for all he has achieved in the game, second to none, however for me ( I'm speaking as a husband here) the real hero and overachiever here is his wife.

Good read especially if you are a football fan.

I've never known anyone but Fergie in my life long love of United. A great book with short, sharp and honest statements on his perspectives, insecurities and character traits that made him the best ever.

This book satisfied on a number of levels. Sir Alex explains in depth a lot of stories and ideas that you wouldn't otherwise know of unless you were an insider with the club. He explains and outlines many of his famous decisions as a manager and also reminisces about his upbringing and road to becoming United's manager. I would have liked to read more about the Treble season, but besides that, it was a very fun book to read.
