This edition has some good recommendations for where to eat and where to stay. However, previous editions had better maps and directions if you are interested in visiting the souqs. Trip Advisor offered better insight into accommodations and where to eat for the single traveler. Fodor's seems to be from a male perspective which will not offer much help to the female traveler as Moroccans do treat women differently (not necessarily in a good or bad way but differently). Guidelines and suggestions for some of the areas as well as what to expect were way off. As a single female traveler I found that this guide was not helpful.

One of the best travel guides for a Northern Africa--Middle Eastern country. From the larger and more popular cities, to the smaller, out of the way villages, this guide rates tiny restaurants in places that have never seen a tourist!!

I just returned from Morocco and I am going back in September. This book nailed everything I seen and did, it was very useful in my website building and extra information I did not gather or remember since the trip. I bought an additional one for a friend of mine who is going to Morocco, this will help him out.
