    The Ultimate Start!

Journeys out of Body is clearly one of the most advanced books on OBE's ever written. That is unless you also include Monroe's second Book Far Journeys, which takes the reader to an entirely new level all together! Both are must reads for anyone interested in OBE's, Astral Projection, or the nature of consciousness.

Robert Monroe was a pioneer in this field

Finishing this book was a challenge. Excluding the chapter on accumulated data, I didn't want this book to end. Insightful and well written, with the safety of the reader always at the forefront, Monroe was a captivating writer with an extraordinary gift. Robert Monroe was not a con artist nor was he a circus side-show act. He was a truly gifted, intelligent man with a successful career in the business world, who left behind the legacy of the Monroe Institute which survives him today. The methods in this book work, the warnings are cautious, and the book itself is very easy to read. This book is for the uninitiated as well as the already involved.

    excelent

This is a Man Who wants to teack others what it is like.Right at the end of the book he tells you the end of the book how to leave your body the way he has done it in the institute and in his own spare time.
