Overview

Will their past determine their future?

Saint Ford has worked hard to achieve her childhood dream of becoming a nurse. Focused on her work and devoted to her patients, there's no room for love. She doesn't need a guy making waves in her calm, serene life—especially when he's the unforgettable hottie who nearly destroyed her in high school. Dark, brooding Nash Donovan might not remember her or the terrible pain he caused, but he turned her world upside down . . . and now he's trying to do it again.

Saint has no idea that Nash isn't the cocky player he once was. Uncovering a devastating family secret has rocked his world, and now he's struggling to figure out his future. He can't be distracted by the pretty nurse he seems to meet everywhere. Still, he can't ignore the sparks that fly between them—or how she seems so desperate to get away from him. But the funny, sweet, and drop-dead gorgeous Saint is far too amazing to give up on—especially since she's the only thing in his life that seems to make sense.

When Nash discovers the truth about their past, he realizes he may have lost her heart before he could even fight for it. Now Saint has to decide: is Nash worth risking herself for all over again?

    Nash has stolen my heart.

Every Marked Men book I finish I’m sure THAT one is my favorite. Until I start the next one. And while Rome is still number one in my heart, followed very closely by Rule and Jet, he is going to have to make room for Nash.
Nash has had it hard. But with his amazing group of friends and his uncle supporting him he has grown into the man he wants to be. Not forgetting his man whore past, he watches as every one of his friends fall…in love. When he meets Saint again he is at a new low. But the connection is sparked and he has to get to know this woman that makes his soul calm. He sees a beauty in her that draws him in-yet she wants nothing to do with him. Reading as he breaks down her defenses and asks her to open up to something that could be amazing was beautiful. But Saint won’t trust him. Can’t trust him. And a perceived slight from high school- upon which she has shaped her whole thinking- holds her back.
Saint is frustrating. She never denies her attraction, yet questions EVERYTHING. As Nash falls deeper in his sadness she starts to see the real him. The gentle soul that wants to love her. That she has always loved.
Saint is also amazing- as a nurse, as a friend and a sister. But until she loves and trusts herself she will keep this wall up. One that Nash needs to knock down if she would let him

New characters are introduced. Sexy neighbor cop woman that lends an ear and a whole lot of common sense. And we get to be back knee deep in the lives of all of the Marked men and their loves. A very good place to be.
So many twists and turns for the story, the characters and Nash and Saint’s relationship. Nash has matured and is ready for love. Ready to cut that necrotic tie with his mother. Now if his world and the one he loves would only catch up!
Oh yeah, and his tattoo-fanfreakingtastic-complete and utter swoon.

    Great series

This is a great, easy to read series. I generally stick with historical and paranormal but have really enjoyed this taste of contemporary. I love all the characters even when I find their hang-ups (saint) annoying. You can't help but fall in love with these guys and their girls. I also have to give props to the author. You know your music and clearly know your way around a tattoo shop. Thank you for not giving these hotties tribal band tattoos that were only cool in the 90's. :)

I Absolutely Loved this book!!!!!! Jay Does it again!!! Nash is a Straight Dream!!!!

Ok, so I have been a fan of Jay's ever since I stumbled upon Rule...and even introduced them to my aunt who also reads romance novels. Let me just say, Jay has absolutely done it again! Each book she writes I fall in love with more of the Marked family! This time...it was Nash and yes, even Saint! Most people may not like how Jay structured her character, but lemme tell you...I completely identified with her on so many levels. There are actually a few of us who went through that awkward stage of high school like she did...and some that even tread through life in adulthood as she did. For some of us, it may have been because of similar experiences like what she went through...or maybe even be because of that one person who completely rocked our world and took a little piece of us when they left. Either way... Saint, was a totally identifiable character!
Now for Nash! Let me just say...Mind Blown!!! Even some rivers don't run that deep! He is truly a Beautiful Character inside and out, and I have to commend Jay once again on bringing to life another one of the Marked men family. My heart felt for him throughout this whole book, but I was glad that he had his family and his girl to fall back on. We should all be so lucky to be Blessed with someone like him in our lives. The way he was willing to take his time with Saint until she was willing to let him in, the way he was willing to worship her to show her how much he loved her and make her understand, the way he was willing to let her take control so she felt comfortable with him, and the way he was willing to help her see herself the way he saw her through his eyes! <3 <3 <3
I just really have to say that this book may end up helping a few Saints out there as well. I knew from the intro quotes just what kind of character she was going to be...and I kind of took them to heart as well. Sometimes, we need to be reminded just like Saint that we are each Beautiful in our own way...even if we don't see it through our own eyes. This book is definitely worth a read!!!! I will say this though, while it can be read as a stand alone book, it is part of a series that begins with Rule, Jet, Rome, and then Nash...and it would be worth your time to read those first just so you can be introduced to each of the Marked men family before you get to this one. I can guarantee, you will not be disappointed!

    Awesome... yet again!

Jay Crownover has done it again... and again... and again! This series is by far my favorite series!

Saint and Nashville's story is a great continuation of the Marked series. It brings together more from the past books without being confusing or taking away from the current couple. I love that all the Marked stories continue on with each novel.

Saint is a beautiful... damaged... untrusting girl. I love Nash's patience and unrelenting love for her. They are the perfect pair. I cried when we said goodbye to Phil :(

I can't wait to see what Rowdy and Salem cook up next!

Keep 'em coming Jay... I'll keep reading and reviewing!!

I have read Rule, Jet,  Rome, Nash and have Rowdy on order.  I just love each of these books.  Cried with the book on Nash.  Will not give away the stories but all of these books are a MUST READ.  Thank you Jay Crownover for your wonderful stories and writing.  Looking forward to more stories from you.  I wish and hope someday that I can meet a person as great as these men have been.

    Highly Recommend

I loved this book. Nash was such a strong character that had his flaws but never wavered in his feelings for Saint. Saint was a strong female character who couldn't let go of the past until it was almost too late. Reading about Nash and Phil and their relationship (especially at the end of book) was heart wrenching. Her books keep getting better and better. I cannot wait for Rowdy's story.

    I Also Recommend:

Saint Ford is a successful nurse, working in a high pressure environment, and thrives in the Emergency Room. Imagine her surprise when her arch nemesis and former high school crush arrives in the ER needing her help. Having broken her heart without even realizing it, Nash is thrown into a situation not of his choosing but finds himself needing her comfort intensely.
Dealing with a sudden revelation about his father, Nash is thrown for a loop. Add to that the stress of realizing his newly found Father is fighting for his life, Nash is unable to deal with life’s new stresses. Saint can’t help herself and helps bring Nash out of his booze induced depression but her own low self-esteem continues to suffer.
Nash’s story may be the most emotional for me. Nash grows up quite a bit and you follow his emotional journey towards becoming an actual responsible adult. His moments of realizing how much he truly cares about the people in life is both enlightening and heartbreaking.
On the other hand, Saint drove me up the freaking wall. Her insecurities at times seemed so overwhelming and I found them a bit hard to believe at times. I’m a little chubby and her comments about her weight drove me crazy, so I had a hard time connecting. Yet once I got over those aspects, I really enjoyed her caring nature and the connections she made with these rough and tumble tattooed men so outside of her normal life.
Another fun addition to the Marked Men series, this book more than the others show how much the main characters have adjusted and how circumstances have truly changed in their world. The world Crownover has created is full and well rounded with lots of different people from a wide array of backgrounds but it all works in a strangely wonderful way. As always, Crownover can write a heck of a naughty scene and let me tell you, Nash may be the naughtiest of all. Incredibly excited to read Rowdy’s book coming out in October 2014, then hopefully Asa will get his own story!

    Whew

Had a hard time liking the character of Saint but I loved Nash right away. I wanted to smack Saint in the head a hundred times but once she started to take down her walls, I loved her too. This story was so emotional and sad but so worth it.

    Love!!!
Rule is still my fav out of the Marked Man, but Nash was just hard not to love and I saw a lot of myself in Saint...the past between them and I found it hard to not to pick both sides when they are fighting to stay away and finding myself so into what is happening in the book. As someone from the Denver area I love how the author talks about LoDo in all the books and give detail into all that you need to know about it. Love all them and have the next pre ordered and ready for more. the detail that she puts in the books and how makes you fall in love with these boys and the girls. The twist in this book with the cop next door and the part she plays is different then in the others but with make you want to turn the next page even more.

    My favorite is NASH

This book is the best! Nash is so easy to love and you really want the best for him! This book is full of love, devotion, hate, heartbreak, and everything in between. I won't go into details to spoil anything, but if you love to read trust me you won't be disappointed. I love the whole series, but so far this is #1 Starting on the other series now and can't wait for Rowdy and a book about Asa and I truly hope Royal is in there too!

Good story but not enough interaction between Nash and Saint, the two main characters. I realize now that this is only one book in a series of Marked Men by this author. I liked Nash's character and all of his back story. Saint, however, was kind of a pain. She had such low self esteem and needed a personality overhaul. By the end of the book, they were definitely a great couple. I guess it is a stand alone but now I need to read the books before this to understand the other characters in this story.

    Awesome

Nash is a nice guy with a bad boy look and in need of a good girl to take care of him. He finds out who his real dad is and falls in love with a sweet girl who has major trust and self love issues. Like all romance novels there are steamy scenes and in the end they end up together and leave you wanting more.
