    Ehh

Kind of disappointed it seemed as if it was just getting started and it was over. And then you find out the rest of the story will be released in october. Still a good short read just was hoping that it was a full story instead of a sample.

    4.5 Stars from Sara!
I think I should just be upfront and say that I have yet to read a Cora Carmack book that I didn’t like. “Losing it” and “Faking It” were both stellar, in my humble opinion, and “Keeping Her” kept the stellar streak alive!

Since I loved “Losing It”, I naturally wanted more of Garrick and Bliss. I really liked being able to see where they were in the future, and to see how their relationship had grown. Bliss is still adorable and endearing, and Garrick is still hot and British, so no worries on that front. And Cora’s writing is still just as laugh out loud funny as ever.

Seriously, there were some gems in this one. Here are some of my favorites:
“When I saw her name on the caller ID, it was like seeing the Dark Mark hovering above my apartment” (Bliss, talking about her future mother-in-law)
“You would think that I’d be a bit more comfortable talking about sex, now that I’d had it and all. You would also think that at my age I would be able to successfully insert the straw into a Capri Sun juice pouch. I was 0-2 there.” (Bliss)

Cora just has such a great literary voice; she creates characters that were funny and engaging. Even though this was a novella, around 110 pages, it didn’t feel like it. The story really takes you on a journey with Garrick and Bliss, and I personally loved every minute of it. If you’re a fan of the series, don’t miss out on this one. If you haven’t read the series yet, then what are you waiting for? This is a 4.5 star read for me!

    #team garrick

After reading losing it several times its became my favorite novel. After intisapating this seqeal for months, it was everything I hoped and more, but I just wish there was more of an ending. I liked the back and forth POV of the couple, it let's the reader know exactly how the character is feeling in every up and down situation. The book made me fall even more in love with Garrick and bliss. I just wish this sequal would have been more. It was a wonderful 80 pages of a rollar coaster ride but I felt like they're could have been much more. I love all of Carmacks books but none compare to the love I have for Garrick and bliss. I hope one day Carjack considers adding to the losing it series, after all there is a wedding in the future "hint hint", however I'm grateful for getting to read this amazing and awkward story of love.

aw! I have missed these two!

Garrick and Bliss are headed off to visit his family for a week in London. And Bliss is about to have a major stress meltdown. Garrick feels helpless knowing his reassurances are falling on deaf ears. But while in London, both are presented with an unexpected surprise that will have them questioning their future together and themselves before the week is even over.

KEEPING HER was a quick and fun read. I forgot how much I missed awkward Bliss and deliciously sexy Garrick. But both of them pair together made for a great read and never a dull moment. My only problem? It was over before I knew it. I wanted more. I needed more. But I still felt that it was perfect and it at least gave me that chance to revisit with some characters that have always felt like old friends.

Perfect if you have a few minutes to lose yourself into a fantastic quick read. Come check out what mess Garrick and Bliss have found themselves in now.

An interesting short story at Bliss and Garrick - after Losing it, but before Faking It. It's good to go back to Bliss and Garrick.

I felt a little detached when I read this book. I've only read one book by Cora Carmack, Losing It, but this felt different from her writing. I felt as if I didn't know who Bliss and Garrick where - which I thought was strange. That had never happened to me while reading a book. But his one did.

Garrick was his sweet kind and gentle self as usual - Oh, and don't forget swoon worthy! Bliss was still her funny self, clumsy as possible. I enjoyed this short story and liked to go back into Bliss and Garrick's life.

Throughout this novella, I did feel sorry yet happy for Bliss and Garrick, but I got annoyed with Bliss the tiniest bit because she wouldn't share this one thing with Garrick. Yet the book still had it's humor to it.

You know what made this book extra sweet? Reading Garrick's point of view! I mean, wow, I am in love all over again! He is definitely competition to other swoon worthy guys! I mean, he didn't even get angry with her when she didn't feel like sex. And he practically carried her everywhere, which I loved.

I recommend this series to readers who enjoy romantic yet humorous books.

Garrick and Bliss are back in this sweet novella that will make them take a look at each other and what they really are ready for,
marriage or not???  This is a great story to pick up and read.  Cora is a magical writer that does another brilliant job in keeping us in the
book until the very end.  You have to read this book, it is great.  I give it 4 stars.

I haven't read Faking It or Losing It by Cora Carmack, so I was a bit lost in the first few pages. This was a quick, fun read fill with humor, pop culture references such as Harry Potter. Cora Carmack has a nice writing style that had me laughing in one chapter, and crying in the next.

Overall this was a very cute and sweet novella, told in both Garrick and Bliss's point of view. It showed how much they loved each other but also the insecurities that they both have.

I will definitely be reading more of Cora Carmack books.

What a fun novella for all of us Garrick and Bliss lovers. I totally loved this story.

I will admit that I am always nervous about reading stories after a couple is together. The idea of them ending up apart is always too much for me. I need, I crave those HEA's. But there was no need to worry.

Instead this story was full of humor and sexy as this couple worked through some of those sticky issues that come up when a two people get engaged. Oh and we got a little tour around London.

Garrick! I so love you. I love how he calls her love, even though I know it's just an English thing. I love how he kept asking her to marry him at random times. I loved how he calmed her fears before they left for London to meet his family. I loved how he was his own self even though he came from some serious money. He made his own path. And I loved how Bliss kept him on that path. Truly, these two belong together and I loved it.

I loved seeing them in Faking It and I'm hoping for a peek at them in Finding it too. BTW, there was the first chapter of Finding in the back of this novella and I devoured it. That one will be good.

If you haven't read Losing It, you so should. It's great New Adult. Check out my review here. You can find my review of Faking it here. This is a great series and I can't wait for more.

Keeping It is published by William Morrow Books, an imprint of HarperCollins.
