Gives you an overall view of the country and specific drawings of various towns and cities are drawn in detail so when you get there, the buildings and street corners are recognizable. As an artist I respect this part of the travel information. I went to Italy last year, using the books on Italy by this company and was really excited about how well I could get around in Rome, Florence, Venice and Verona using the book. I know Spain will be the same when I go in August.

I was in Spain for 5 months and this book was great. It breaks down the different areas and provides historical and cultural information. The only thing it did not have too much info on was hotels/hostals. The book is in color and the pictures are amazing.
