Good not Great
This book presents a lot of good info but doesn't really present anything new or revelational to those of us that already follow the CFE program. It is certainly worth the money for a good read and would definitely be beneficial for someone new to crossfit or looking to transition to the CFE program. The CFE website provides a great deal of free information so I'm more than happy to have made the purchase.
