Junction with John Muir Trail. The next morning we headed off in day packs to the summit. We managed to get lost for about 1 1/2 hours, as we missed the trail after crossing the creek where we were camped, but headed south and eventually found the John Muir trail. This picture is at the junction of the John Muir and Cloud's Rest trails. If you're wondering, go right after crossing the creek, not left.
