Beagle is the file server for the Nelson Institute.

!Adding users
Every new hire will demand a logon.  If are up to the task, you should be able to log on as root to this server through ssh and run adduser to set up a new user account.  Also, you must run smbadduser to add a samba share so the person can access Beagle through a Windows Mapped Network Drive.  However, it is wisest to defer this kind of a request to Paul, since he should be the one OKing their credentials.
!File Access
Users on Beagle generally have their own drives, plus read or read and write access to the shared "Office" directory.
