The Land Tenure Center (LTC) is a grant funded organization on the first floor in the south-east corner of the building.  It is part of the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. They research proper land use.

They have staff filtering in and out so very often they will need accommodations.

Most of the computers in the Land Tenure Center are less than one GHZ, slower than most other university employees are used to, therefore be considerate when dealing with these fine folks.
