Jack Williams and his PA's run the Paleovegetation lab where they take ancient soil samples and divine the exact date of the world's end.

Leila (Leela) and Jackie are his main assistants who come and talk to us.  Leila is a Unix pro, who thinks that Windows is pretty wierd, she may ask you to do some pretty complicated stuff, I had to install Visual C++ on her computer in order to comiple and link up some libraries for some modeling software for her once.  Jackie's issues usually center on not being able to print or connect to [mamaduck] which is the server where Jack's info is stored.

In Spring 2007, [mamaduck] had to be rebuilt because of a virus.
