!State Cartographers Office
The State Cartographers Office is in charge of many map related services for the whole state.  Their offices are on the south wing of the third and fourth floors.  [AJ Wortley|?page=people] is in charge of most of their Domain server issues.  He's a pretty cool guy and is Paul's backup. (i.e. he knows more passwords than us)

Most of the things that break for SCO are beyond the scope of our support because they involve [Celeste] or [www] server problems. 

In 2006, their offices flooded and some machines had to be scrapped. 
There is a [print server|?page=printer_issues] on the fourth floor which needs to be checked in on from time to time. 
[Ted Koch|?page=people], the state cartographer, usually has a few questions every other week.  Mostly having to do with connecting to the SCO intranet which can be solved by switching his laptop from logging in locally to logging in to the server.
