!Norton Ghost
Obviously since this is a Norton product, and Norton has been Symantec for quite a while now, this is not the most modern method of computer imaging.  It is slow and requires many files. 
!Ghosting with Norton
Norton will create CD's or floppy disks which you boot from and run a ASCII gui program to map a Windows (or Samba) network drive.  It needs to know the location of the PQI files are on the remote machine which it uses to rewrite the contents of the hard drive.

If [G4U] and [DriveImageXML] fail, it might be prudent to try running Ghost again, however it probably will require special drivers to work with SATA hard drives and hunting down NIC drivers is an obnoxious waste of time when G4U has nearly all of them installed automatically.
