SAP-VN is an already established, non-profit organization which has experience
and connection in VN in this kind of works.  So I suggest that miss Kim-Anh
contact them.  As a matter of fact, they used to have a scholarship program
for poor students.  Sadly the VNese gov't withdrew their support of such program.
But who knows, they might change their mind now!
