[For Houston Only] Starting a Visual C++ and Visual Basic Club

I am in the process of starting a Visual C++ and Visual Basic club in
Houston.  (I am ready to join an existing club if there has been one in
Houston).  The club I have in mind will have similar vision and goals of
the tech club (tech@bpworld.com) and the Vietnamese public speaking club
(vmdd@bpworld.com).
