I did not!  I am guilty! I am sending this to the list because I 
didnot send the last one privately.  My public apology to you and all 
other administrators.  I will adhere to this rule the next time.  If 
I still have a next time.

BTW, mine was a comment not a complaint.  I am here as a guess only.  
Obviously, the host set the rules.
