Hi Ian:

I think you are too business minded :). I mean "Ba'c co' ma'u la`m a<n qua'" 
(Do they talk like that in English?). 

I guess the rodent can be fried or roasted. I never have chance to 
taste it myself. But it's said to be very very good. Can anybody confirm 
this?
