Just a joke

Reagan went along with Gorbachev on Red Square during his visit in
Soviet Union. Many people greeted him, and he saw many of them were
drunk.
He said: "I am surprised why there are so many drunk people in your
country? I've never seen in USA in such situation."
Gorbachev said: "I think drunk people are everywhere."

And when Gorbachev visited USA, he went with Reagan along a street. Many
people greeted him too. Gorbachev tried to look for some drunk people.
It took him a long time. And finally, at the end of the street, he find
out a drunk man. He pointed to him and said with Reagan: "You see we can
see drunk people in this country".
Reagan went to the drunk man. After talking for a while, he came back
with Gorbachev and said: "You are right. But I am not surprised, because
he is from Russian Embassy!"
